Fire takes lives of five, including children, in Faridpur tragedy

A devastating fire in Faridpur has resulted in the tragic death of five family members, including three children, whose bodies have been reduced to ashes. The incident, which occurred in the residence of Ajay Gupta, a tandoor installer in Farrakhpur locality, has raised questions as the house was found locked from the outside. The victims, identified as Ajay Gupta, his wife Anita, and their three children Divyansh, Divyanshi, and Daksh Gupta, were discovered after locals noticed smoke emanating from the house and promptly informed the police.

Despite public speculation that the incident may involve foul play due to the locked door, the police have not provided a clear answer regarding the cause of the fire. Senior officers, including SSP Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan and SP Dehat Mukesh Mishra, have reached the scene for investigation.

Ajay Gupta's family had retired for the night on Saturday, only to be engulfed by the fire while asleep. The discovery of the locked house has sparked discussions among the public about the possibility of foul play, but the police have not confirmed any suspicions.
